House fairs
We hold regular in-house trade fairs where we present our product range to interested parties. Of special interest is the direct contact to the vintners, many of whom present their wines personally, and offer the opportunity to sample their newest products. |
Wine school
Wine is a topic of endless interest. Our professionals share their knowledge in training courses on all aspects of wine. The main focus is on newcomers to the food service industry, with subjects like “The Basics of Wine Production,” “Grape Varieties and Their Character,” “Serving Wine at the Table,” “Restaurant Wine Advising” and more. |
Vintner visits
Throughout the year we arrange visits by vintners who present their wineries. This gives vintners and restaurateurs the opportunity to meet in person. These very informative events are a great way make contacts and get to know the philosophies, history and personalities in the business. |
Kitchen tastings
The kitchen tastings in our show kitchen offer informal get-together opportunities for small groups. We and the vintners become the chefs, and present the wines together with appropriate foods and specialties. |
